Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I love the gaming light community, and if I was able to become part of the staff team I would use my power to build up the community not to destroy the community! I am very active after my job and after my school to help keep up the staff ratio! Also, I bring the upmost professionalism to this rank I don’t see this as a rank to score I see it as a job to respect! I have great teaching skills I work as a swim instructor, I am used to people not listening and crying baby’s I can take the stresses of this job and not crack, along with the teaching/social skills that I have picked up from teaching children I will use as a member of the staff team to help people learn from their mistakes not through it in their faces for something they don’t even understand. Another reason you should allow me to show my staff skill because I am very friendly and understanding, I don’t mind helping people I enjoy it and I feel if you accept me into the staff team I will do to the best of my ability to be fair and treat players with the utmost respect!
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would start to explain that to him what I brought him for then after he start’s cursing me out I would gag him and check the logs to see if he really did Mass RDM. Next, I would see if there was any witnesses of this mass RDM. if the evidence showed that he had committed the mass RDM I would explain to him what I’m charging him with and like him to the forms if he wishes to appeal the warning, then according to the staff hand book i would need to find a higher up to help me ming them for 10,000 seconds and one warning for staff disrespect! if the evidence points to NO, if he has regained his patience I would let him off. but if he has not regained his demeanor I would warn him once for staff disrespect then let him go.
