[100+ Words]I know that with the right leadership that the 501st can be better than they already are. I Want to apply my Skills to help this battalion grow to be the feared fist of Vader that they are supposed to be. I know Leadership is supposed to be Tough, fearless, and effective in the face of battle and keep the troopers ready for the next fight. I want to help the troopers of the 501st feel encouraged to move up the ranks and complete things like quota and personal goals. I want to make sure no man feels left out. I want to see people succeed and support each other. I want the 501st to be the welcome to the ship battalion that it was when I was a PVT. How could you assist the 501st Command with this rank? [75+ Words]I can help command the troops when they are not available or when the battalion needs to split into units, I can help keep the troopers on their toes by setting up sims and trainings to make sure the 501st is ready for deployment at all times. I can keep the troopers in check when things get rowdy and unorganized. I can make sure that bonds between other battalion's and our own troopers in strong, stable, and positive. How many strikes do you have? 1 What Qualifications could you bring to the 501st Officer Team? I can lay down effective commands and efficiency amongst the troopers. I can bring fun but efficient sims to keep the troopers ready for battle. I can Bring a Serious manner in a heated batted and when problems arise. Have you had any previous experience has an Officer? I have over 3 months of experience What is the purpose/duty of an Officer?The Purpose of an officer is to keep the troopers in-check and promote a friendly manner toward other troopers. A officer is able to Command a unit troopers on the frontlines to ensure victory. A officer is able to keep troopers on their toes by doing sims and trainings [this also prevents boredom].
