Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I think I should be given another chance to become a staff member because I think I can help improve SCPRP as much as activity and I can be very Patient with people. I will listen to higher ups and I will take advice anyone gives me to improve myself. I also think that I will be a good Member to the staff team because I have experience as a moderator for a couple of years at Elitelupus's Darkrp server.  I also think I can work great in a team with other people and I am a hardworker willing to do things others will try to avoid. I am very understandable and will not deal with a admin sit without each of the persons stories and I will not discriminate because someone got in a sit for something I do not like.  I also know all the rules and I will love to help get rid of RDMers, Racism,and other sorts of drama that is not good for the server. I am going to be honest I also want to make up for the warns I have recieved in the past and I deserve every single one of them. I also made friends in the server and I want to see if there is anyway I can redeem myself of some of the Warns i have recieved from PoliceRP and SCPRP so I can stay in the Community as long as I possibly can.

Scenario Questions:

Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?

I will ask for them to calm down and if they do not I will gag one and ask for the person who Reported the RDMer for there story and i will check logs. Then after that I will ungag the other person and tell them what they were doing incorrectly and give them a In game Warning and Request a Admin+ to ban them for MRDM, Staff Disrespect.

Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?

I will gag 4 of them and get stories one by one and ask if anyone have any Video evidence of whatever reason they put a Admin sit for and i will deal with it according to the Admin's handbook.
