Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve to become a Tmod because I have been in this community for a long time. I have noticed countless scenarios and outcome to those and feel like I have a lot of experience. I am very trustworthy and honest. I came back to GL after a few months break and I really feel like joining staff and I feel like I could help a lot by joining the staff team. I used to be a Senior Moderator but resigned after multiple problems that caused me to lose thrust in the staff team and on some of the players who occupied a large influence. Those people, through the months, have nearly all resigned and I feel like I can come back and have fun being a staff again. I play a lot during the night were there is never a lot of mods and I feel like I could help a lot by being there and taking some sits during those hours.

Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?

So first I would try to calm him down. If he doesn't calm down, I would gag him and then explain to him that he will be banned for MDRM and that I will also have to warn him. I would call an Admin+ to ban him or request a ban on the Staff Discord ban request channel.

Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?

I would gag all 5 players and ask ungag them one by one to explain to me the situation and each and everyone's side of the story. I would also explain to them that from now on, if the person speaking start to insult someone, I will warn them for Player Diss. I would then resolve the issue and issue the punishment to the person who broke the MOTD.
