I know I can improve my activity. I am well known in the community. I believe I am a good role model for the officer's under me and provide help when asked and when I believe help or advice is needed to anyone. I enjoy playing on PD as it gives me a nice breathing moment away from my other departments I am in and I enjoy doing traffic stops and helping the lower ranks of PD in anyway I can. I want to be able to continue to help both new and experienced officers do better and rise through the ranks so they can help the next generations of officers just as I had helped them and I wish to continue helping new command members when they are starting out and when they become more experienced. While I do not enjoy having to punish people I understand it is needed at times and I do my best to keep all punishments I give fair. I wish to in the future be able to potentially become High Command so I can help the entire server grow and become better as a whole. I believe I have grown both as a leader and a person while I have been a Major and I believe I will continue to grow as a Colonel if this is accepted. He supports new people that join. Hes hard working. He would be great to your team as Colonel.
