Why do you deserve to be unbanned?

Hi there,

I recently got back into PoliceRP and I would like to appeal my Discord ban. I've played on and off for about three years now and in that time I must have said or done something to get banned from the Discord. I'm not sure exactly what, as this ban was at least a year ago or more (as it's been that long since I actively played). In the past I dealt with mental health issues that resulted in me lashing out needlessly and unprovoked, which have now been diagnosed and addressed medically. 

I don't mean to use this as justification - I fully take responsibility for my actions and I sincerely apologize for disrupting the community. My goal is to show that I have improved to the point of being able to handle the responsibility of being in a Discord server. I would mainly like to keep up with announcements and server events, but if I do participate in chat, it will be in a much more constructive manner.
