Armor Kit Cooldown Change [Accepted] [In Progress] [Completed]

What do you want to see?: A reduce to the Armor Kits cooldown because right now it takes a while to fully recharge to give 1/3 of someone’s armor. Full capacity is 250 but it takes 35 to recharge a third of someone’s armor, meaning it takes 105 charge to heal someone to full which only leaves you with 145 which then means you can only heal 2 people’s shield in about 1 min. Then you have to wait on the recharge for about 30 secs to put only 35 armor back.

Why should we add it?: As this is just a smallish change, it’s not like it’s going to affect a ton of people massively in a negative way. In fact this will be a huge positive as people will be able to go out and fight more often and not be getting healed for 5 mins.

What are the advantages of having this?: Medical will be able to heal people faster and not feel as overwhelmed with a ton of people to heal.

Who is it mainly for?: Medical but everyone else with an Armor kit
