Joined on 2/2/2022, have been in almost 8 months Why do you want to become an officer? I would like to become an officer because I want to continue to serve my battalion in new ways. I have been in the 501st for a decent amount of time, and in that time I have come to love it. One of the reasons I want to become an officer is to help get trooper engagement up, doing things like coming up with new, enjoyable sims and trainings to increase engagement and skill with new and old members alike. This could also help to bring new members into the battalion, as it will show them the best of what the empire has to offer. I would also like to be able to train those under my command to be the best troopers that they can be, so that one day I can retire knowing that the battalion I love is in good hands with the next generation. How can I assist the 501st command with this rank? I can help to boost activity by increasing the number of sims and trainings happening and helping to recruit new people into the battalion. I can also help to monitor the enlisted and NCOs and promote those who are putting forth the effort to be the best they can be. How many strikes do you have? 0 What qualifications could you bring to the 501st officer team?I have been an officer before in the 501st, so I understand what is expected of me, and what my duties will be. I also try to be as helpful and friendly as I can, and I like to do everything I can to help my comrades succeed. Have you had any previous experience has an Officer?I was an officer once before in the 501st for four months, achieving the rank of captain. What is the duty of an officer? The duty of an officer is to assist the command team in distributing and enforcing responsibilities, while assisting and guiding those who are struggling.
