General suggestion - mining rebalnaces [Completed]

Accepting - 

Changing Level limit, 100 -> 500

Increasing prices of materials
(The following are the new prices)

 

• *New Resource and Ore soon... -> ~ $300 - 400*
• Ruby -> $150
• Diamond -> $100
• Iron & Bronze -> $55
• Wood -> $75
• Plastic -> $50
• Scrap -> $40

Will be changing Diamond & Ruby to 1 -> 2, the sell prices are high and I will be keeping it at a lower rate to pay

Modifying - 

Instead of changing the price from 10k -> 100k I have done the following 

• Pickaxe & Hatchet level 1 -> $1000, Increase: 5% - level 10 Skill
• Pickaxe & Hatchet level 2 -> $5000, Increase: 10% - level 25 Skill
• Pickaxe & Hatchet level 3 -> $10000, Increase: 15% - level 50 Skill 
• Pickaxe & Hatchet level 4 -> $20000, Increase: 20% - level 75 Skill 
• Pickaxe & Hatchet level 5 -> $25000, Increase: 25% - Level 100 Skill
• Pickaxe & Hatchet level 6 -> $30000, Increase: 30% - level 150 Skill
• Pickaxe & Hatchet level 7 -> $40000, Increase: 35% - level 200 Skill

Denying - 

We will not be letting the pickaxe be purchasable as if anyone was able to instantly use the pickaxe the mines may be flooded and it would be hard to mine the ore. 

The addon did not include being able to buy ores from the vendor, unfortunately we will not be able to allow this.
