I want to make sure all shadow guards are doing well and make sure they are doing what they are supposed to do to make them become NCO and maybe even officer. I would love to help all of the shadow guards to become leaders so they can also inspire others to achieve greatness. How could you assist The Shadow Guard Lead?: I can train shadow guards that get tic IV and be able to do shadow guard tryouts. And help the Shadow Guard get and maintain a positive example and make sure they are following force ability rules so thy are not miss using there permissions. etc...
