7. Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words)?
I feel like I should be in maintenance command because I want to assist the command members with multiple things such as doing patrols with JM and enlisted that cannot enter HCZ due to them not being the rank to do so. I will make sure the new maintenance have a nice time while on the job I will make sure they are not breaking SOP and MOTD rules.
This branch is basically my favorite branch I ever got trained for mainly because its my first branch in a while I've joined, I enjoy the community that we all built up! They are nice and are fun to play with! And this branch is the only one that doesn't bore me to death like some of the other ones.

I understand the responsibility of command and I won't do any wrongdoings such as minging and making obvious mistakes while being on command.

8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this?
I would first get video evidence of them clearly running away and then handcuff them back to the training room tell them that what they are doing is called minging and tell them they wont be trained for doing this and after filling the DNT format in the discord channel I will then demote them of the job for the reason "Minging during training" if they continue to get back on the job I will then request the DNT to be extended.

8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps?
If the JM Is breaking a minor rule (aka Leaving bunks while code red is happening) I would ask them to come back to bunks and if they don't comply I will handcuff them back to bunks and give them a strike for not complying and get video proof of them not complying. If they are breaking a major rule in the SOP I will get video evidence of them breaking the rule and strike them for this or removed because they are a JM.
