I started typing to him so he knew I was just letting him know the rules around homophobia and such and I gave him the benefit of the doubt he didnt know what he said which was bad cause when I typed you cant use the "F word" he referred to it as "cussing" and from there I tried to explain in detail what he said. very hand to explain a word without actually showing him what in fact they did wrong. The player later said before I was auto banned he finally understood what he said was wrong acknowledging his wrong doing.
