I think I have been a Lieutenant for long enough and am ready to move up in the ranks, I am fully capable of running meetings and making sure lower enlisted/supervisors are in check. I am ready for the extra responsibility that comes with being a Captain. I feel like someone else could be brought into the LT spot if my Captain application is accepted. I feel I should be promoted to the rank of Captain because of my dedication and time to PD especially late at night. I feel like an overall good fit for Captain due to experience with Low Command and the fact all the departments I have been in I have at least been supervisor+, I feel I have the necessary skill set for the rank and feel I could do good for the department.
