Why should we add it? - To prevent those being warned or jailed for not knowing about this. Adverting assist in a jailbreak with someone who isn't in the same family can technically be FailRP due to the fact that you can only advert assist if the person you are assisting is in the same family. What are the advantages of having this? - To make it easier for players to understand what they have to advert in order to assist in a jailbreak Who is it mainly for? - Players who do not know the rules of jailbreaking and to clear up a conflict in the MOTD.
