How long have you been in your current rank?: One day

What experiences in leadership do you have?: I don't really have any experience with leadership but DT would be the best place for me to start because DT is my favorite regiment and I will not be leaving it anytime soon.

Why do you want to be an officer?(150+ Word minimum)

I want to become an officer because being an NCO is kind of getting boring. Being an NCO was fun but I want to be an officer so I can host simulations for DT so that people will know how we operate. Also I want to be able to host checkups for DT so that we can have more fun and do a lot more check ups then we usually would do weekly. I also want to be able to promote people that are loyal and respectful in DT. I want to be able to help out more so the community can have fun, I am the type of person who likes to make sure other people have fun. I want to show my knowledge and leadership to prove that I am loyal to DT and will not be leaving it anytime soon. I want to be able to show people that we are not just a hard RP battalion but that we are a battalion that is loyal and respectful in the gaming light community.

What makes you stand out amongst the others?(130+Word minimum)

I would meet training quota every single week unless I am on LOA/ROA. Meeting training quota is easy but I would be hosting like 3 to 4 SIMS a week and also making sure that the people online want to do the SIM. I would only be giving promotions to people who deserve it as well as only giving prizes to people after SIMS that deserve it. I will be doing checkups every week but most of the time it will happen during the weekend. I will also make sure that some of the SIMS are SIMS that we can do with other battalions for example Medical, Nova, Purge, IC etc. I will admit that I have had a lot of PT in my time as a DT but that PT made me learn my lesson, in the end the PT showed what to do and what not to do. I could teach people those things that I was taught in PT so that they won't get PT like I did. In conclusion I will make sure that I host SIMS, Trainings, checkups as well as giving promotions on a daily basis.
