Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer?

I feel I deserve this position because I have worked hard and have been helpful to whoever I could. Also, I believe I can get better and help those around me to get better as well. Also, I have been able to effectively and efficiently lead others even when there weren't any officers or ncos on. I believe I could be trusted to be an officer as well as trusted to help the battalion in any way I can to get better. Finally, I think that I have helped new recruits get comfortable with shock and have helped push them hard to get better.

Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position?

I feel I can be trusted to hold this position because I have worked very hard to get better and I feel that I have spent so much time with shock that to just throw all that away would be simply one of the stupidest decisions of my life. I have enjoyed playing with all these people and frankly I want to help out wherever I can to ensure that others get the same enjoyable experience I have managed to have.

If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't?

What can I add to the battalion that other applicants can't? I believe I could be extremely helpful to new recruits while showing them the ropes. I feel I can be very patient with lower ranking members and ensure that they be the model of could soldiers. Also, I believe I could be a good leader ensuring our objectives are complete in a timely fashion. Finally, I feel I could be good at making things enjoyable and fun for everyone.

How active can you be?
3 to 4 hours almost every day.
