police and other departments killing unarmed people suggestion - Completed

I Shouldn't have to post this but it really is starting to be poor roleplay 

What you want to see? -  i would like police/ other departments to stop shooting unarmed  civs /crims even if adverted and more punishments Handed out  because even if its a minge gov shouldn't go down to the minges level and just blast him in the face .. likes yesterday  at the Presidents wedding in  mansion  high up swat officers adverted and killed like 6 unarmed people  With very NITRP 

Why should we add it? - Because It Is really Bad Roleplay even for a semi serous roleplay server   if some one isn't listening to you to back up you have a right taze/detain the subject for not listening to an lawful order... some high people up in departments do this sometimes to people who are new to the game and asking questions what to do so.. 

What are the advantages of having this? -Less corruption From Cops and departments More Roleplay  for all partys  rp before gunplay  

Who is it mainly for? -gov
