Lucas Georg How Long Have You Been In Inferno Squad? Since 8/14 (1 week and 4 days) Why Do You Want To Become An Officer? [150+ Words] Because I’m loving my experience in Inferno Squad, I enjoy just talking with the other members and I feel like I can do more for Inferno Squad, I have been hosting tryouts, a few training to help new agents, but I know I can do more, I know that as an NCO I can host training but I have to prioritize the tryouts, so as an officer I will be able to host more training and help NCOs with their tryouts. I have some ideas for the inferno squad that I can make real as an Officer, like, joint training and missions with other battalions and improve the relationship between the special forces battalions. I also want to be an example for NCOs and Enlisted, showing my experience doing roleplay, leading, hosting tryouts, and training, of course with professional behavior. How could you assist Inferno Squad Command with this rank? [100+ Words] I could assist them with my activity, giving them less headaches helping NCOs and Enlisted of Inferno Squad, being one of the last ranks in the chain of command, I can help people that are following the chain of command with questions or suggestions without having to bother the Commander and Vice commanders. Also, have some plans of training with Inferno Squad and other battalions, like, doing a joint training with Havoc to teach Inferno Squad how to deal with explosives if there is no havoc in the mission, training purge troopers, and inquisitorious with interrogating force users, also training shock troopers to do basic interrogations when there is no IF or DT available. How many strikes do you have? None Do you have any prior experience in being an officer/leading? If so explain. Yes, I have been the equivalent of Vice Commander in another community, so I know how annoying it is to receive a simple question when you are up in the Chain of Command, and I don’t want this to happen. I also loved to help Officers and NCOs to do training tryouts and improve their leadership. What Qualifications could you bring to the Inferno Squad Officer Team? My patience, experience, activity, leadership, professionalism and being able to help as many people as I can. Do you understand that if you are accepted, you will be on a 2 Week Trial Period? Yes.
