Question / Idea: will 610 infect 999 as 610 infects every living thing

Background Research: 

SCP-999:  SCP-999 appears to be a large, amorphous, gelatinous mass of translucent orange slime, weighing about 54 kg (120 lbs) with a consistency similar to that of peanut butter. Subject’s size and shape is easily malleable and can change shape at will, though when at rest, SCP-999 becomes a rounded, oblate dome roughly 2 meters wide and 1 meter in height. The surface of SCP-999 consists of a thin, transparent membrane similar to that of an animal cell roughly .5 cm thick, and is highly elastic, allowing SCP-999 to flatten portions of its body up to 2 cm thin.

SCP-610: SCP-610 appears to be a contagious skin disease at first with symptoms including rash, itching, and increased skin sensitivity. Within 3 hours the disease will cause blemishes resembling heavy scar tissue to form in the chest and arm areas, spreading to the legs and back within an additional hour, consuming the victim completely within five hours. Exposure to higher temperatures vastly decreases the time for the contagion to spread and complete infections have been recorded occurring in as little as five minutes.

Hypothesis: SCP-999 will make SCP-610 passive and 610 will not infect 999

Observations SCP-999 was placed into the cell of 610, SCP-999 went up to 610 and began to hug it, within moments 610 infects 999, 999 starts to go in distress before getting let out, 999 was put in decontamination for a couple of days with constant surveillance and was being treated with no effect, until 999 one day had no infection signs on it and was starting to be normal again.

Analysis / Conclusion : SCP-610 does not care about the effects that SCP-999 bring and will infect it.

Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: My hypothesis was not correct as i thought SCP-610 would become passive after meeting SCP-999

Overall this is a decent test log. I strongly recommend that you do your logs in a google doc because you can make everything look better and in my opinion its just easier. You used a basic format, which isn't a bad thing, however we love it when we see a custom format that stands out. When writing out your observations, try to be a lot more descriptive. Make us feel like we are right there and let us imagine every detail that occurred.
