Why Do You Want To Become An NCO? [75+ Words]

I want to be an NCO for a lot of reasons. I want to be a great part of one of the best divisions in this RP. I have participated in military RP servers where I have been one of the highest ranks. I have a lot of experience and a new fresh mind set I'd like to bring to IF. I’m active and I’m very enthusiastic to host tryouts/sims. I've got a great personality and I'm a born leader and I take that with pride.  

How could you assist Inferno Squad Command with this rank?  [30+ Words]

With the rank of NCO, I know I can help this squad. I have a unique personality. I'm a fast learner I can adapt easily, and I am eager to learn. As I said in the above question, I'm a born leader. I am very active, and I would not hesitate to host tryouts and sims whenever I'm on and help get this squad back to full strength and keep it there.
