SCP-173 Without limbs.

Question / Idea: Can 173 still attack even though he doesn't have any arms or legs.
Background Research: I wondered if 173 could be able to move if he doesn't have any arms or  legs.
Hypothesis: I believe 173 would not be able to move without his legs or arms.

Observation: One of the d-class tried take off 173 limbs by himself. It failed, he needed assistance for the other d-class. They all succeeded on taking off his arms and legs. Now we were ready to take the test. We closed the curtains and the d-class looked away. We had heard noises of 173 moving. The d-class had yelled "IT MOVED". We open the curtain and the d-class looked back at him. It has seem to regenerate its limbs or repair its arms and legs. We quickly took the d-class out of the chamber and the test was over.

Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): 173 probably has the power to regenerate his limbs. Like 682 but much faster. Thats how he was able to move again.

Imma be honest, I have never thought to take 173s limbs to prevent it from moving when not being looked at.
