How long have you been in your current rank?: About 1 day.

What experiences in leadership do you have?: I really had no experiences in no other battalions since I joined DT.

Why do you want to be a non-commissioned officer?(100+ Word minimum) Honestly I really have no clue, I joined the Death Trooper battalion to become a better RP player on the server since my past on Gaming Light. I can say I have really gotten better at RPing on this server and it's made it a lot more fun for me. But I would say I either want to go up in the ranks of Death Trooper hopefully getting to Officer or something higher than that. Other than those two reason I have already been helping fellow Enlisted Members when Officers or NCO's aren't on the sever. So those are the reasons why I want to become a non-commissioned officer in the Death Trooper battalion.

What makes you stand out amongst the others?(110+ Word minimum) I wouldn't really say I stand out from the rest of my fellow Enlisted Members some have better skills than I do others might have better hearing than me. But I would say I could have better skills than them, I have been trying really hard in the battalion already in the first weeks of being in it. I haven't gotten in serious trouble (yet) but ill keep trying to not get in trouble any way I can. I can get along with people very easily and make very good friends with them over time if nothing happens between the two of us. Even though I've never had a shot at being a leader in any situation before I'm hoping I can get this chance at becoming a leader on this server and becoming a leader in this battalion. (You can't be a leader when you are born it takes time to develop and for those skills to take place).

Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an NCO you can be removed from your position? Yes, I understand that if I fail or mess up in anyway I can be removed from my position.

He’s  a good trooper but he doesn’t have a reason to be an NCO and also he already a CPL and probably off cool down. I feel as if he should just work and prove he deserves the position and get promoted instead of going for an Application.

- I think if you maintain being serious and taking RP seriously you would become a good NCO
- However you are only one rank away from SGT
