(150 word requirement):The reason I would like to be a Safe Class Manager is to help out other Command with doing tasks like helping promote researchers during mass tests, over see mass tests when it's needed, and I can help with Accepting Safe class test. I am active both evening and night I can help with anything that happens at 1:30 AM EST to 4:30 AM EST I am active from 3:30 PM EST to 4:30 AM EST. With my friendly personality as well I don't really have a hard time with getting New JR's & AR's getting them to stop trying to leave bunks when they are not allowed to but when being nice about it don't help I am never scared to snap over to a take charge attitude and be more assertive to get them to stop, as well as getting researchers in general to not bother the GENSEC when they can't give escorts. What would you do to better Research and increase activity? (100 word requirement): I would like to work on a little more fun stuff for the people who is not in EST time zone and that gets on around 1:00 AM - 3:30 AM EST if we can increase both day and night by also doing Mass Tests around that time it would help encourage the night time players to play more as researcher, I will be doing more escorting as a RIG to help researchers, GENSEC & MTF so researchers can have a escort when GENSEC and MTF are to busy with rioting D-class, Ci raiding and Sarkic raiding. I feel as well during the day just having more people around to help anyway possible is also going to help the research branch grow with also keeping a friendly Demeter would also help. We could also when training New people could also start giving more of a example when doing testing by having Trainee's or junior watch or maybe be apart of a test to see the right and the wrong ways to test with hands on experience for their 1st time without having the worries of them accidently or unknowingly doing something that could get them in trouble and when they get a AR we can start showing them around Heavy containment and give more examples on more of the hostiles SCP stuff, and ways to keep them from trying to get out when their doing testing's. sorta like a 2nd training but for AR and without the pass or fail test. This will also help Newer researchers learn and understand heavy more and get a feel for it not only in MASS testing. Just a heads up too it could only maybe give examples on SCP:049 but just give a tour for introducing them to the other ones without needing to go in their containment cell just talking about them. Also, it's not going to be code red/black for 30 minute, CI always leave after accomplishing their objective or once they have been killed.
