Ability to breath underwater without a rebreather. Actual Results: Patient Died from lack of oxygen to the brain Procedures performed: Removed lungs. Replaced lungs with new and improved "Super Lungs: How could the procedure be improved: Maybe the patient could of you know.... Not died. Also try to find mistakes and how the patient died.
