Flight Lieutenant (FL) How many strikes do you have? 0 Why should we trust you with an Officer rank? You should trust me with officer rank because I'm very active and mature. I'll make sure to stop the minging on sf as it is getting a bit out of control. We are having some issues with flying recently so I will make sure to help whoever is having difficulties flying other than just getting mad at them. I know I've only been in sf for a few weeks but I learned so much and had great experiences so far. Since I am always active I will be keeping an eye out of what NCOS and enlisted know what to do at certain points. As the new Assistant Head Training Officer I will keep track of the training certification and assist in leading tryouts. What can you do to assist command with this rank? I can assist command by leading the enlisted and teaching what is right and wrong. I will make sure to take the lead if other officers / command aren’t online. To make sure the NCOS / enlisted don’t get bored I will host sims and also go on patrols so they are entertained. I can help the head training officer with training certification, giving suggestions of edits to the training guide, as well as making sure the NCOs are both doing tryouts and doing them correctly in the way they were made to be done.
