Clearly, this incident occurred just under 1 year ago and it has been awhile since then. You've brushed yourself up, moved on, and now you're ready to come back. You've recognized your mistakes and you agree not to let them happen again. With this, I support your Permanent Ban Appeal. Unfortunately, some people don't take time to realize that you are sorry for what happened and are ready to come back, and some people just don't take time to legitimately read some ban appeals, but I wish you the best of luck with the resolution of this intermittent issue.
