Not much to say here. Creativity: 15/20 Creative application of SCP-999's gel, similar to the ballistic gel used to represent humans in crash testing and testing weapons. However, I wish you had gone more in-depth on how you would apply scp-999's gel as armor more, the current test and analysis seems kind of vague. Presentation: 20/20 followed the format well, the document is well organized and I like that you added extra sections to improve on the test log.
