Multiple complications came due to friendly fire. List classes of SCP(s) involved: 049 and 049-2 Immediate complications due to the incident: 049 breach Long-term complications due to the incident (if applicable): Type of response towards incident (MTF/NTF/Security/ETC): unknown (I died) Resolution towards incident: Recontainment How dangerous was the entirety of the situation?: unknown though he did breach the severity is still unknown Extra Information: I myself did my job as an unarmed personal in controlling door functions. Scp 049-2 escaped the cell because of 049 body blocked the door allowing for 049-2 to breach . 049 was pushed back into cell allowing for us to close the door but 049-2 couldnt be killed and resulted in our deaths and allowing for 049 to be free.
