The real Toast
1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : My in game name is Toast. 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Tank Vice Commander 3. Why do you want to be a Vice commander of this branch? I would like to be a Vice Commander of the Tank branch because I am hard working and dedicated, I also would like to change/update some stuff in Tank/Shore that could help boost activity such as updating their kits, and updated models or anything else. Another thing that I would like to do is fill in the empty spots in Tank such as Enlisted, NCOs, and officers. I would also like to work with the Commander to update any SOPs that need changes and ones that are outdated. I would like to also be able to set a good example for others in the battalion and help teach others to not do the wrong thing and instead help them learn the right thing to do. Lastly I would like to help out Shore command and Tank Command to update some things on Shore so more people can enjoy using Shore daily. In conclusion I would like to help boost activity in Tank, I would like to fill in the Enlisted, NCO, and officer core, and I would like to update any outdated things such as SOPs, kits (weapons for tank/shore) and models (if needed). 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 1,349 https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/1099075382 5. What is the Main Purpose of a Vice commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Vice Commander for a Branch is to lead their battalion along side the Commander, and to ensure everyone is doing their day to day duties, and working together as a team not just with their own battalion, but with everyone. Another thing is making sure everyone is following their SOP so nobody breaks the rules and everyone can understand what they are doing, as well as making sure everyone follows chain of Command. A Vice Commander should also be answering questions/communicating with their battalion and others not just in game but off of the game too. They should also always be hosting fun sims/trainings for their battalion so everyone can get along, keep up the activity, and so that everyone can practice working together as a team. In conclusion a Tank Vice Commander should be leading their battalion while setting a good example for everyone, also making sure everyone has something to do (will boost activity if you host fun stuff), and lastly making sure everything is getting updated when needed so people don't just leave. 6. Why should we trust you to be a Vice commander? I feel I should be trusted with the Tank Vice Commander role for multiple reasons such as. I have been playing on this server for quite some time, and I am very serious and dedicated when it comes to doing my job and handling tough situations. Such as dealing with members of my own battalion, and or another member of any other battalion. I also make sure those who are under me are always doing their job and following their own SOPs/rules so nobody gets in trouble at the end of the day. Another reason is that I have been trusted with my staff ranks and all of my other previous ranks in the server. Lastly, I have shown leadership and lots of other skills to everyone throughout the time I have been in Tank and on the server. I am also very active and have been in the Tank battalion for almost 2 months as of right now. (I would like to state that I was a Vice Commander before I took a break from the server, but now I'm back to help Tank and I wish to go beyond the Vice Commander rank.) 7. How often can you be Online? I usually try to be online all the time, but normally I get 60 to 100 hours a week. 8. Do you have any Warnings? I currently have 0 warnings.
