Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer?

I think I deserve this position because I am very trustworthy. Having had many previous positions within the Server and Gaminglight as a whole. I have also been as active as I can be after leaving the IQ branch doing 10+ tryouts already as an NCO showing that I am ready and open to do the work required that has been given to be as an NCO and I think I am ready to show my worth as an officer of Shock. I want to be an officer because I think I can bring a unique and almost an elder type opinion into the team. I am an older player in Gaminglight, being here for a couple years so I feel I can bring guidance to Shock and other people in the battalion to teach them everything I know about the server as I have seen people come and go and have been seeing issues that have hurt battalions and the server and I know what is expected and what is needed to be a competent officer and how to grow a battalion and have it as its best. I want to host public sims and trainings working with other battalion officers to grow connections with them because as I have seen we don’t interact as much as I would like with other battalions like we do within Shock so I want us to do more things with Army as well as with IQ and Naval I would also do certain special and fun things for that would make Shock more desirable and popular with everyone in the server as Shock in any server is usually unpopular or the most popular and I want to make it the most popular.

Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position?

I feel I can be trusted with this position because as stated above I have experience within the server and Gmod as a whole. Being able to notice when and where a battalion can grow more and things it can improve on. While also working with my fellow members of Shock to get their opinion on things I may do or new changes I could bring up with Command to make Shock more desirable and popular as we are usually known as stuckup police that are annoying to everyone. I want to turn that around but still make it so Shock is still powerful but more well respected. I would also offer promotions to those who do well to further the structure in the battalion. I would work with NCOS and Enlisted, giving them assignments to do that could help grow the battalion overseeing NCOS doing tryouts and also overseeing Enlisted promoting them if they deserve it and giving people things to do because I find myself being bored on the server and I want everyone to have something to do that they are interested in. I especially have been Shock Command a few times myself and joining Shock is one of the things I do on every server I join. It has gotten me being a Shock Commander a few times and a Major in Shock after retiring and coming back.

If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't?

As stated above I can offer a "elder" opinion that not many members I feel can fully offer anymore. I have been in the community and the server for quite sometime and seeing what makes or breaks a battalion and what can be changed and the changes that others have made to better their battalion. I have seen a few Shock Command members go in my time including Dead, Joker, Miracle, Bon, Goat, Cans, Zach, Toast, etc. I respect them and their work and I want to make them proud knowing Shock is a good place for everyone and I want to work with the Command in the battalion to bring Shock to the to and as stated before one of the best and most popular battalions on the entire server. I also am very active being on many days in the week and trying to go above and beyond with my quota and attempting to bring new people into the battalion and I don' plan to stop anytime soon and doing even more things as an officer. I also have noticed recently the Officer Corps is lacking. There is sometimes days without an announcement from an Officer, I can understand personal time and being busy and such but I don't think it is completely right for an announcement every few days. I would do an announcement everyday or sometimes multiple times per day and would offer things for people to do and offer some of the money I have accumulated from my time on the server.
