Remove: N/A

Nerf: IQ Assassin Saber Damage from 300 --> 200

Reason for change (do you think that said weapons is suitable for the job and is fair considering current loadouts of other battalions?): These updates will keep the IQ Assassin role balanced and engaging for all players, Which will allow us to gain more interest from players and allow IQ’s importance in our operations

Do you believe these changes are fair to the battalion/job role it is responsible for and will benefit the server, if so, why?: The IQ Assassin Job is rarely used by players dues to it's high tier, I think by lowering the tier and the damage of the Saber it will become fair overall it will also allow more activity within that job

IQ Assassin has needed a rework since it’s been added.

i agree with the tier change as it prevented ppl from joining it in the past especially with over 50% of the battalion being apprentice donators only at least when it was added. 
 

I think you should keep the saber damage the same tho

Would be nice to have the assassin job be more used for it purpose then and not have it heavy restricted.

I wouldnt allow lore IQ or IQ HCOM to whitelist to tier jobs as its a whitelist they get automatically once they donate for the correct rank.

The loadout will be changed, but the tier and saber damage will not. The job was made to be a perk/bonus for players that had donated for Tier 3, like all other Tiered jobs the activity of it hasn't been a concern. Tier 2 is the base for IQ jobs, so this job would no longer be an additional donation job, just another standard IQ role. It sounds like the intention is to make an active sub-branch, if that is the case then we advise making another suggestion for a new job/sub-branch. If this job is the preferred sub-branch job, we recommend suggesting a Tier 3 replacement.
