(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve this rank because I have been dealing with people going against the rules. I believe that I am trustworthy to have to role to deal with problems that are being caused by people not respecting the rules. I want to make this community a safe place for everyone and to get to know more of the community members. I feel like it is important to listen to both sides of the story and not be biased. I want to make more friends and see if there are people who I get along with. The most important thing as a staff member is to not abuse your power. I want to be able to deal with these situations that could help me later in life. I want to be able to find people that I can communicate with clearly and maybe find people that can help me in tough situations. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would warn them for staff disrespect and if they don't stop, I would ban them depending on what curse words they use. To handle them Mass RDMing I would bring them in here and give them a warning based on how severe the RDMing is.
