ClassifiedFox What is your staff rank in GamingLight? Senior Moderator How often are you on TeamSpeak? Weekdays I am on the server after 5 pm EST and will be on for ~5 hours. Weekends will be on earlier as early as 2pm EST and will on and off depending on what is going on In Real Life. How often do you use Discord? On it all day starting from 8 am EST or later. Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)? I want to make known to the management and staff that I am interested in helping GamingLight in any way I can. I have been using the server and forums for almost four months, and I keep learning new things as I go. My objective is to always find a fair solution to any issue, thus I will continue to remain impartial toward both players and the community. As a support member, I will be able to continue my objective of problem-solving by responding to community tickets in the forums and assisting people in the most efficient and timely manner. Ultimately, I want to assist them and ensure that they are happy with the Support Team's overall performance. I will ask other members of the Support Team for assistance if I am unable to determine which response is most appropriate for the ticket in order to ensure that I do not provide an incorrect response. Why should we trust you to become a member of the Support Team? I want to continue making sure the server is well supported when they need to have questions or situations solved and/or answered.
