One thing I am really trying to help with as a dedicated and committed member of this community, and as a part of the staff team, is help with player retention. I do this currently by trying to be as friendly and helpful as I can within my staff position as well as in my RP roles. When I saw this morning that Support Applications opened up, I thought that this would be another great opportunity for me to personally help this community and it's players. I am optimistic of the direction of our servers and I feel that having a welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable support team will tremendously boost our efforts in maintaining and boosting the health of our servers and community as a whole, And I hope to be one of them.
