3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?

I would like to be a Vice Commander because I've always shown great passion towards IQ/Purge even after retiring from IQ I heard that a lot of there Officers/Command left once I heard this I know this was my time to come back and help IQ. I also want to build the regiment up and make it as active as it once was, I've been IQ for the majority of my time being on the server (Apart from When I was RG) since then I've seen IQ has had it's Ups and Downs but as always the command team has shown that it can regrow IQ, I would not only like to help IQ I'd like to also help the current IQ/Purge Command by relieving some stress off them, And I just wish to help Grow IQ and make it thrive once again.

5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?

Well overall Commanders have a lot of purpose but the main ones are, Building a Strong Officer/NCO, Actively updating Roster/Documents when needed, A Commander should also be talking to there officer's about improvements within the regiment, A Commander needs to be able to take criticism well and be able to work off it. The Commander should also be enforcing all regiment rules and actively punishing the ones that are in the wrong, Punishing doesn't always have to be a removal but could just be a quick chat with the person. The in-game aspect of a Commander they should be leading troopers in Event's/RP Scenarios doing PT/SIMs that involve there battalion or cross-reg with a another battalion and in general showing people fun can be created with anyone and anywhere as long as it isn't Minge!
 
6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? 

You should trust me as a IQ Vice Commander as I have worked my way up to Lord IX (Major), I'm hard working and Very dedicated towards the IQ Branch and only want the best for it. As a former Medical Lieutenant Colonel & ST Lieutenant Colonel for over 3 Years on past servers , I believe I could bring good leadership skills and good team work within the command team, I do my best to help every trooper when needed no matter of rank or branch, I strive to do PT/SIMs to keep Troopers/Player entertain at all times. And I'm devoted to make IQ the best!
