4. How is your in-game activity? (Officer activity is tracked by IC and HC.): About 40 hours a week, I will be increasing these hours here soon due to work related stuff 

5. What is your current sub-specialty?: SSE/DME

6. Why do you want to become an IC Officer? (150+ Words): I would like to become an Officer in IC because, I want to help improve IC as much as possible, recently. there has been a few members of IC that have resigned. I have noticed this, and we have a shortage of Officers, and when there is a shortage of Officers, the battalion as a whole I believe can take a deep incline, I'm hoping by obtaining Officer in IC. I can change that for the better. I've had my fair share of experience within the IC Officer core, I was formerly a Captain in IC as well as a member of the extremally redacted Omega team.  I believe that becoming a Officer allows you to demonstrate you're leadership potential even more than being an NCO. This is because you are given more responsibilities within IC. And I know I am capable of handling those responsibilities. Finally all I want is to improve IC in any way I can, I will make IC stand tall with their heads up high being apart of the Officer core. 

7. Why should you be trusted to become an IC Officer? (100+ Words): I have had experience as an IC officer in the past, each time I proved that I can be trusted as an IC officer and will continue to do so. I am frequently on and interacting with others that are in the TeamSpeak as well as other players within the server. I follow all procedures and have had no issues with following the necessary steps for any task that I am given. If a mistake is ever made I own up to it and view it as a learning opportunity for the future. Lastly I believe I can uphold the rules and ensure that everyone follows and respects them I will not tolerate any tomfoolery within IC.

8. What advantage would you bring to IC by becoming an Officer (100+ Words)? As an IC officer I would be able to bring more activity, improve other NCO's leadership skills as they are going to be our future officers at some point. Overall have IC engage with something, whether it's RPing with other battalions (improving relations), SIMs or Combat training. I strive to get IC that combat tournament trophy! I will do whatever it takes to make every single member of IC a combat machine. We will strike fear into the hearts of anyone who dares stand in our path. I believe I am capable of leading IC to a better place being apart of the IC officer core!
