Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (150+ words)? I wish to become a maintenance command member to lead the branch in the future, to better the branch as much as I possibly could, I would attempt to have removals for any possible minging that I see happening on the Maintenance branch as I've seen several different people minging after they've already got trained, I'd attempt to further help out in the foundation, as for meetings, I would attend meetings as frequently as I could even with the fact that I have job and work, And possibly lead the branch to the best that it could possibly be, as for the 150+ word requirement, I can not think of anything else that I could put for the 150+ words [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.] 8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? I would issue a AOS and await for him to be arrested as then I would submit a DNT for 1 week for the minging and I'd remove him from the branch 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? tiky Posted October 20, 2023 Share Posted October 20, 2023 (edited) + Support Your Helpful while on Maintenance and mostly always able to participate and take the time needed to do something But uh I think you should just decrease your power buddy (You don't have to remove people from Maintenance just cause of Minging) Just put them on a Dnt.
