I’ve been in Naval since 7/14/23, Naval is my life! ——————————————————————————— Why do you wish to become a Senior Officer? I really want to help with promotions, and I wanna help out High Command, and Command, I also want to be able to help out the junior officers, along with helping certify people and helping out newer NCO’s. I also want to be able to assist the Death Troopers and Shock Battalions more with getting more people into said battalions. ——————————————————————————— What are the duties of a Senior Officer? The duties of a senior officer consists of leading the ranks below you but also carrying out similar duties as an NCO. Showing good leadership skills, and being an example to your peers. I will also make sure that discipline is maintained in the battalion but still allow them to have a bit of fun doing their jobs. A Senior Officer also ensure's that everything on the bridge will run smoothly during any situation. ——————————————————————————— How will you assist the battalion as a Senior Officer? I will assist junior officers in doing trainings, certifications, or with any problems they are having, help answer any questions they may have and if unable to I will ask somebody or point them in the right direction. ——————————————————————————— What qualifies you to be a Senior Officer? I’ve lead the line in the real world giving commands to a group of people, and my current leadership experience as a CPO and leading the people under me to victory.
