STEAM_0:0:592038339 How long have you been in Naval 1 week Why do you wish to become a Junior Officer The reason i would like to become a Junior Officer is split up into many different reasons. The 1st reason that I would like to become a Junior Officer is because I want to become and NCO in naval once again. The 2nd reason is because I wish to join the Security Officer Team. The 3rd Reason that I wish to become a Junior Officer is because I want to be able to train people for the naval regiment and make sure that if people are new and need help with anything that I can help with in the regiment. I would be happy to help them and I would help them straight away. Another reason that I wish to become a Junior Officer is because I love naval and the regiment alone I think that naval is the place where i belong. The reason being is because I have been an Ensign, PO2,PO1 and CPO in naval before and I believe that I can bring my skills and known information to the battalion. What are the duties of a Junior Officer? One of the duties of a Junior Officer within the Naval Battalion is to make sure that if your online and no higher ranking personnel are online, that you are to call all personnel to the Holotable and give the Naval personnel sectors. Another one of the Duties for a Junior officer within the Naval battalion is to host training's for the current naval personnel, and tryouts for any personnel within the Imperial Army that wish to join naval. Another one of the Duties for a Junior Officer (NCO) within the Naval Battalion is to make sure that the lower ranks below you are performing to the best of their ability and if you can help improve their performance when on the job then you should do so. Another one of the Duties for a Junior Officer (NCO) within the Naval Battalion is to make sure that if someone has done something wrong that if it isnt bad that you can teach them how to not do it again but if it is bad you would have to report it to Naval Senior Officers+. How will you assist the battalion as a Junior Officer? I would be able to assist the Battalion as a Junior Officer (NCO) is because I have been an Ensign, Petty Officer 2 , Petty Officer 1 and Chief Petty Officer in naval before and I believe that I can bring my skills and known information to the battalion. I also believe that I would be able to assist the battalion is because I believe that I have read over the SOP multiple times and I know the rules really well meaning that if i see someone doing something that they are not aloud to I would tell them and teach them how not to do things like this again. I would also be able to help the regiment by getting Tryout trained and making sure that if anyone wants a chance at becoming apart of Naval that they can get there opportunity by me hosting a tryout.
