Why do you wish to become a Junior Officer

Supporting the Navy has always been a dream of mine. Becoming a member of the Navy has opened my eyes to the advantages of the role. Having to quickly and efficiently handle unexpected scenarios has been a specialty of mine for as long as I can remember. Becoming a member of the Navy's NCO team will allow me to further enhance the skills and abilities I have demonstrated during my career. By further enhancing my skills and abilities, I will be able to more efficiently train my fellow Navy officers and also be able to recruit new members in tryouts.

What are the duties of a Junior Officer?

Expected to be knowledgeable about the majority of Imperial Navy matters and assist Crewmen with daily tasks. They work with the enlisted and help their superiors, frequently organising training sessions and overseeing the enlisted men.

How will you assist the battalion as a Junior Officer?  

My objective as an NCO is to inspire the highest standards of professionalism and feeling of responsibility that upholds the Navy's high standards. NCOs are the direct superiors to the enlisted men so they are the ones they immediately look up to. NCOs must use that to their advantage and ensure enlisted men follow their example. Training enlisted men and keeping their skills sharp is something an NCO should strive towards. They should be proud that their training has lead to the commanding officers are proud of their enlisted men. Every member of the Navy passed their training for a reason. They showed the basics needed to become an enlisted man. But it's the job of the NCOs to ensure those enlisted men become fine NCOs to take their place once said NCOs inevitably become COs
