 Added a new delete function for items in the crafting storage

 Added a mass delete function for all items except resources in the crafting storage

 Added a new max upgrade button for each skill within the "!levels" menu

 Added a new custom information board system that optimises and confines the old information at spawn within can be updated any time in-game

 Added activity_logger to job "Imperial Royal Guard"

 Added activity_logger to job "Shock Trooper NCO"

 Added a new custom weapon upgrade system

 Players can now obtain weapon upgrades through the same gear inventory system, there are 4 different upgrade slots that improve recoil, range, spread, and clip size

 Changed job name "Rebel Trooper [T1]" to "Rebel Trooper"

 Removed the "Rebel Trooper" job's donation rank restriction
