Cant set a profile picture?

So ive tried to set a profile picture, and every time it gives me an upload failed message, I have tried using different images and the same issue happens, is there a fix for this? or are profile pictures broken right now?

I faced with similar issue, I like funny and creative pics and I found many cool soybean images on depositphoto. I often download photos for my needs. It is probably one of the best stock images platform. There are royalty-free images, videos, vectors, illustrations, and music. If I need some new images I discover large thematic collection of stock photography to find exactly what I need.
