Your Operations Advisor Overseer, has informed you there is a group of insurgents collecting foundation data at a field operating base on the surface. They are armed and well secured. How would you approach it? (100+ words):

First of all I would observe them for about a minute or so, gathering basic information to asses the situation. As its already known that they are gathering information my main goal is to see if they have any weaknesses, amount of men, Firepower, and if they have anything "special" with them that would be out of the norm. After studying and figuring out the basics I would start looking at their uniforms for further info, checking what orginazation they work for if any. By doing all this I would normally be able to pinpoint who and what insurgent is the "Leader" or a vital role.  After studying these insurgents to the fullest in a timely manner and making sure they didn't pose a huge risk to the average MTF personnel I would call apon the closest taskforce to deal with them, if I notice any weak points or vital members I would inform them of the target.

There is a strange SCP that calls himself the “targeter”. When the name of another individual is said within earshot of the “targeter” the “targeter” will teleport to the individual that has had their name said, and run off. How would you suggest the foundation approach apprehension and / or termination of this individual? (100+ Words): 


The containment procedure for depends on a few factors, 1. Is it aggresive in any way? 2. Can it use this teleportation willingly? and 3. Is it sentient. 

BUT lets take it as face value and only look at the question. 

This containment procedure is quite simple. It would require a subject preferably a D class and the information along with the factual original name of this D class given from birth. The dclass is to be deposited in a chamber that would be able to withstand "The Targeters" Blows/Slashes, [This is assuming "The Targeter" cannot use the teleportation willingly to escape] 
This chamber will also be equipped with multiple layers of sound proofing.

A MTF taskforce preferably MTF  Gamma-4 (“Green Stags”) would be requested as they would be swift and fast in their attempt at muttering the Dclass's name and locating SCP "The Targeter". 

Once "The Targeter" teleports to the D class attempts to retreive the Dclass will not be allowed. Research members are to study SCP "The Targeter" and give it a proper designation and file.

An abandoned camp site has been discovered on the surface, hidden incredibly well within the brush. There are documents, newspaper scraps, as well as an old laptop with unknown data being transferred to a suspicious I.P. address. How do you react?

Considering that it was hidden and assuming its near the site, this would call for the attention of the Site admin or the highest ranking personnel on site. If it were me I would deploy Mobile Task Force Gamma-5 as they would hide and deal with the documents and such. 

I would submit the Lap top for research and decoding, the sites best researchers would be put to work in locating the culprit.  The moment the location is found the fastest responding taskforce is to be deployed for further investigation.

Their really isnt much to say here, most of the tech would be researched and if the location is decoded then a Taskforce would be deployed. Any leaked documents would be hidden or destroyed.

The person with the laptop probobly isnt far away either, since its been hidden near site they must return every now and then. Covert Agents or Task forces are to wait in the area to see if their is any sus activity near the brush  while research studies and decodes the laptop.
