(150 Word Minimum) I believe that I am eligible to become a staff member on gaminglight as I have experience in the working field, I have dealt with many cases before and with my timezone, I will be able to moderate the server at a time where almost no one else is on job. There have been too many counts of rule breakers such as prop mingers, MRDMers etc. coming onto the server to wreak havoc on people with no staff to deal with them, this is where I would come in and stop them to ensure that no matter what time, people can have a good experience on this server, as that’s what this is about, we want an experience that can immerse players into a world that they don’t currently live, but some people don’t like that and decide to not follow rules and it would be my job to ensure those type of people to the best of my ability, do not cause grief to the others who just want to have some fun on this server. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Gag them, freeze them, tell them that they can’t Mass RDM, depending on what they say, additional warnings can be added on and go off what I'm assuming will be a spreadsheet with what punishments get served, which in this case would most likely be a permanent ban.
