(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve the rank of senior moderator, as I have been a Moderator for some time now, I always hop on and take sits, or mostly I just idle on staff catching folk out who are breaking the rules whilst waiting for staff sits. I know the rules rather well. I feel I am very well-known within the community. I try to be fair with all decisions made & I am certainly not biased in my decision. If I feel I may be doing something incorrectly or feel I need a second opinion I will ask for admin + to give me the second opinion. I also feel like I am ready to move up to senior moderator, my activity has been great over staff ( on mornings here in the UK ) which is the perfect time for people to break rules and cause chaos, I am active in the evenings up until late too, I feel I have spent time learning as a moderator & I now feel my progression to Senior moderator is the right time. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Bring them, Freeze them... Strip their weapons ( if I feel necessary) Grab the number of RDM's. Check there warns etc. If they curse, verbally warn them and try to de-escalate the situation.
