I have been in Naval for about 5 days. Why do you wish to become a Junior Officer I wish to become an NCO because NCOs serve as invaluable leaders within the ranks, commanding respect and authority. By taking on the role of an NCO, individuals gain an opportunity to shape the server's dynamic, fostering a sense of camaraderie and teamwork among their fellow players. They possess the power to guide and mentor new recruits, instilling discipline, and honing their skills for the challenges that lie ahead. NCOs also enjoy the privilege of actively contributing to the server's immersive narrative, and participating in strategic decision-making. What are the duties of a Junior Officer? The duties of NCOs dare as follows. NCO are entrusted with essential duties that are vital to the smooth functioning of their faction and the overall immersive experience of the players. As NCOs, their primary responsibility is to lead and guide the enlisted members within their unit or squad. They must foster a sense of unity, discipline, and camaraderie among their fellow players, encouraging teamwork and cooperation during missions and engagements. How will you assist the battalion as a Junior Officer? I will assist the Naval battalion by assisting in the recruitment and training of new members, providing guidance and mentorship to help them integrate seamlessly into the unit.
