Honesty ethics is better than O5, and this is the best redacted branch to exist. This is a branch that I am actually interested in applying for and would be a really great experience if I were to be a part of it. This branch will probably deal heavily with RP, which is something that I already do on the regular as a former HTF, which use to deal with the interros, and being in D5 currently which now deals with people who break code of ethics. I feel like with the role that Omega-1 will have, I can lead a positive example and expand the RP on the server. My experience on the server is not as long as others, but I have been here for a year and gained a lot of experience while also joining event team. Since I have event team, I do events and plan to do more RP based events/ PTs in the future once I figure things out on ET. I can prove myself worthy of this position, for I will work hard and be active for the branch. This is a branch that I want to try out and experience RP with; this is a branch that I want to represent and be a command member for. Overall, being Omega-1 command would be a great experience and it would be an honor to hold down a command position for this branch. What skills and qualities makes you best fit to be Omega-1 Command?: I have a lot of experience when it comes to all the branches on this server, and I have joined all of the branches. I have knowledge of utility and research as I know people within the branches, and I have communicated with a lot of people within each branch. I believe I get along with people, I mean... I don't have beef with anyone on my side. I already do a lot of RP within the server and interro people on D5 already by mainly focusing on people who break the code of ethics. I also have the experience of being in an SF, so I know that you have to take this job seriously and respectfully, and if you ask anyone that was in HTF with me, that is not an issue you would have to worry about with me. I can be professional when needed, especially when it comes to redacted or SF business. I have command experience in all of the MTF branches, so I know the responsibility that you need to have and the dedication to be a leader/ good command member. I can lead groups and gather people to combat SCPs and help secure site. I have pretty good communication skills, as I use my comms pretty often to communicate in teamspeak and in game. While joining Omega-1 I will try improving more within the server and have really good communication skills to catch GOIs and people who are breaking the code of ethics. In summary, I will bring all of my experience and RP capabilities to Omega-1 and try to be a positive example for O-1 and ethics. Not a bad thing of course, but I have to be honest and say you have your moments sometimes. Despite that, you've really shown your strengths to me during your time in E11, and you've also shown that you listen to criticism and improve.
