 Fixed the !playurl command for events

 Revamped the UI of the !unbox menu

 Fixed issues involving text in the !unbox menu appearing as "Translation Error"

 Fixed issues involving admins not being able to spawn admin weapons

 Fixed issues involving arrested players being able to escape through the !recruitment menu

 Fixed issues involving the "Governor" job not being able to capture flag points 

 Fixed issues involving the drug "Refined Spice Batch" not being able to be picked up

 Added a new function within the !unbox menu to exchange items for experience

 Added a new custom interactive Holocron system

 This system adds two new Holocrons, Jedi and Sith, that can be picked up which will then provide the player a chance to get information and/or lightsaber parts
