What is your in-game rank and name?

Anchor, Senior Crewman.

What is your STEAM ID?  STEAM_0:1:437581918

How long have you been in Naval? 10 days.

Why do you wish to become a Junior Officer?

For a number of reasons, Firstly, I am interested in joining the Starfighter Corps, and I disagree with the fact people have to become a PO2 to join them, and it should instead be a separate application. Secondly, sometimes there is no naval personnel above the rank of PO2 online to host tryouts during the late hours. And sometimes, again, there is no personnel online during events, and they become very chaotic, which I hope to establish some degree of order on bridge.

What are the duties of a Junior Officer?

In my opinion, a Junior Officer should (if there's no-one else more qualified near,) should lead and prepare navy in an acceptable manner to be presented, and to lead them in times of need and confusion. They would assign sectors, host private debriefs, and watch over Naval Enlisted and give advice on improving and guiding them in events.

How will you assist the battalion as a Junior Officer?

I plan on joining SF, however while I am a Junior Officer I will: Host tryouts when they are required to recruit new members, Lead Enlisted personnel and attend them to make sure they don't mess up anything, If there is nobody else currently available that is more qualified then I will take the reigns and man the bridge during events. I will set an example to the other battalions and make navy, appear as exemplary as possible, during events and downtime, I will uphold the imperial laws and follow the guidance and advice of my superiors. What I can bring uniquely is a lens that can be both serious and satire at times, which I feel like both humor and seriousness is important, because there is a time and a place for everything. Nobody likes the guy who can't take a joke, and nobody likes the guy who can't take a hint. My timezone is currently PST.

Notes: I don't know if past experience in navy counts, and I am also aware I haven't been here long, which I will attempt to earn trust.

Anchor has been a good Naval so far, demonstrated he knows all his stations, And how to handle them proficiently. Demonstrates he understands the duties that would be given to him upon Being promoted to this rank.

Application is a little on the short side.
Overall I would be glad to serve with this member in the Star Fighter Corps, And Alongside Anchor as a fellow Naval Junior Officer.

Application is just a tad on the short side, agreed.

Tip: Any prior, relevant, experience/information you may have about NCO+ positions, then be obliged to them done under the "Why do wish to become NCO+?" or the "What qualifies you to be NCO+?"  questions. Prior knowledge and experience just looks good on you. It shows that you've been in a position equivalent to it before, and that you know what you are doing. So always add any prior experience or information you may know about your job as NCO+. Also be sure to put that information where you think it's most relevant, just my advice.
