  2. Major -Support: This application is so small, and has so little effort, that even my microscope set to 100x could not see it. Please put more effort into your applications.
  3. +Support, what a wonderful and decent gentleman to be around.

    Warn appeal

+Support for the appeal, I was there and witnessed it. Below is a clip of the incident Nevada and I were attempting to take care of, this is to provide you some details and context on what happened before hand. But basically, if you don't watch the clip, a guy came on caused some issues, and then proceeded to impersonate this hound. 5. The application seemed a little short, however, the other responses make a compelling argument in that they wouldn't have approved you if they didn't believe you could handle this job. Therefore you have a +support from me as well. Good luck and may the odds forever be in your favor!!!
  6. Good luck and may the odds forever be in your favor!
  7. Application is just a tad on the short side, agreed. Tip: Any prior, relevant, experience/information you may have about NCO+ positions, then be obliged to them done under the "Why do wish to become NCO+?" or the "What qualifies you to be NCO+?" questions. Prior knowledge and experience just looks good on you. It shows that you've been in a position equivalent to it before, and that you know what you are doing. So always add any prior experience or information you may know about your job as NCO+. Also be sure to put that information where you think it's most relevant, just my advice.
  8. +Support: +Has an okay understanding of Junior Officer (NCO+), doesn't show the best understanding though. +Interested in SF. +This is still a short application, however he made changes based on the feedback he's received thus far. In my opinion that shows dedication and it shows he is willing to improve to be better. -Support: -Has only been in Naval 4 days. Overall: +Support: I would still provide more information on the application if I were you. However, you improved it based on feedback, which as I said, shows dedication. And in my opinion that right there is prime NCO material. I am now +support because of his dedication to prove himself as a naval member. Like I always say, with applications, they are like indirect interviews. So the more information you give, the more likely you are to succeed. Good luck, and may the odds forever be in your favor!
  9. I would also like to add that I have only ever experienced positive interactions and have seen some officer-like qualities from Miricle, such as but not limited to professionalism and decent activity, I would also just like to say that he is a nice person to be around in my experience. So I am also +Support.
  10. I have known this man for only a short while now, giver take a half a month or so, and in that amount of time I have come to find that this man is a wonderful person to be around. He is always kind, respectful, and just entertaining to be around.
  11. What is your in-game name? Mayluron What is your current rank? SFC at the time this application was posted. How long have you been in Shock? Somewhere between half a month to a month and a half. How much time do you have on the server? Total, I have 512 days. If want recently then 2 weeks according to the leaderboard in-game. Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer? Well for starters, I have prior experience in shock. Last time I was in shock I was a captain, as well as EJT Lead before it was changed to ERU. I also have prior experience in officer positions being with DT, Naval, and Shock. But a more recent reason being I work hard as a shock trooper in general. I am extremely active, I can't be specific because I have really weird non-set hours as of right now, this will change when I finally find an IRL job that will hire me, college will also have an effect on this in the future. But as of right now I can be extremely active. I also plan to stay extremely active, I am usually on once a day for at least 2 to 3 hours. I understand the duties and responsibilities of an officer in general. I believe I have shown good leadership skills, also if you refer back to discord, some members of shock see me as a mentor. I am always bringing a positive experience to players within shock, I am always professional and respectful. And above all else I give 110% effort in everything I do, I believe my tryout count can vouch for that as well. Given that I have at one point done 20 tryouts within 3 to 5-ish days of becoming an NCO. Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position? Well provided what I have stated above, I have been trusted with positions such as this before and gave those positions 110% effort. I also feel I can be trusted because I have done this job before, and I know what my limitations are. I know my strengths and weaknesses, one of my strengths would be dedication, I feel I have dedication when it comes to positions such as NCO or even senior officer within shock. A weakness would be trigger discipline, I do have sucky trigger discipline, but despite that I still perform my job to the best of my absolute ability. I have also stated this before in previous applications, but if I make a mistake work to achieve correction for said mistake and if correction is unobtainable then I will learn from it and do my best to avoid it in the future. I also have a passion, and a love, for the shock battalion therefore I would not have an incentive to ruin that for me, and instead provides the incentive to do my job and do it well. I know most of the imperial laws like the back of my hand, I also know when to crack jokes and when to get serious. If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't? I think one main thing I can add is experience, as I have stated I have done this job before, and am dedicated to do it again. I believe I am well known, not just in shock, but throughout the entire server as well. I believe I can also bring loyalty to the table, I don't jump ship easily, it usually takes some great deal of convincing and then some for me to leave battalions. To be honest I find these types of questions to be very hard to answer for one reason being, I don't know the limitations of my fellow applicants so it can be hard to say what one person can add compared to others. However, I can say that I am always online and willing to assist with anyone, and everyone's questions, comments, and concerns, basically I can be the customer service person who is always willing to answer questions and be a mentor, and willing to help when/if needed, and how it may be needed. How active can you be? Extremely active. Who Are the 2 Maj+ That Gave Permission? VCMDR Zee | VCMDR Starch Note: (We didn't have any Major+, except for the VCMDRs, at the time of this application being posted, therefore I had to ask the VCMDRs.)
  12. +Support: +Thought out application. +Maintains a decent level of professionalism and respectfulness. +Maintains Decent Activity. +I love his response for the "Mass RDMing" scenario provided at the end of the application. +Generally a great and kind person to be around. Overall: +Support: Within the past month, or so, that I have had the opportunity to work with Derpz, I can personally say that I think he would be a great addition to the staff team, based on my above reasons. Good luck and may the odds forever be in your favor!
  13. What do you want to see?: Allow NCOs to see whether or not someone has applied for a battalion tryout. Why should we add it?: Because it will allow NCOs to see whether or not someone's applied to tryout for the battalion so they know someone is interested and they can host a tryout. One of the NCO's main purposes is to host tryouts for their battalion(s) after all, I feel like NCOs not being able to see this kind of hinders our job a little bit, because we require someone else to check it for us and then tell us if someone actually applied for a tryout or not. What are the advantages of having this?: It will allow all NCOs to see whether or not someone is interested in their battalion so they can host tryouts for them. This could possibly lead to more frequent tryouts and help to better, or more quickly, fill out a battalion. Because as I stated, one of the main purposes of an NCO is to host tryouts for the battalion, and/or interested players and help them find a battalion that is most suitable for them via tryouts. So allowing us NCOs to view the applicant portion of the !Recruitment tab, just allows us to do our jobs better. Who is it mainly for?: NCOs of all battalions. Links to any content: N/A
